Scientific computation has become an exciting field of research which is interdisciplinary and important. The advancement of the computer hardware has enable scientist to handle significantly-large size computation, which was nearly impossible in the past. This progress also become a challenge for mathematicians to harness this powerful tools in an efficient way to solve more and more complex problems which then at the end bring a new insight to our understanding of nature.

Topics may include:

1. Recent progress in large-scale optimization.
2. Recent progress in linear inverse problems.
3. Recent progress in generalized Krylov methods.
4. Recent progress in matrix eigenvalue problems.
