BANDUNG,fmipa.itb.ac.id — On Tuesday 28 October 2025, the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Bandung Institute of Technology (FMIPA ITB) received a visit and benchmarking from the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Brawijaya University (FMIPA UB). This activity took place at the FMIPA ITB Building, Jl. Ganesha No.10 Bandung, and was attended by leaders and lecturer representatives from both faculties.

This visit aims to strengthen cooperation networks between institutions and share experiences in academic management, research, cooperation and institutional governance. Apart from that, benchmarking activities are a forum for discussing various good practices (best practices) in developing the tridharma of higher education in the fields of science and mathematics.

On this occasion, the two parties discussed various strategic topics, including improving curriculum quality, research collaboration, and strengthening the role of faculties in supporting innovation and sustainability. The discussion was warm and productive, reflecting the collaborative spirit between universities to continue moving forward together.

Through this activity, it is hoped that there will be closer cooperation between FMIPA Universitas Brawijaya and FMIPA ITB in various academic and research aspects, in line with the spirit of In Harmonia Progressio - synergizing in harmony for mutual progress.
