APPLYING FOR THE POSTPONEMENT OF PAYMENT FOR BPPS/UKT FEES
(FOR UNDERGRADUATE PROGRAMS)
SEMESTER 1 – 2014/2015

 

  1. The student or his/her parent/proxy would have to compile a written application letter for the postponement of the collection of BPPS fees.
  2. The application letter must be submitted directly or through a courier to the Scholarship Counter of the ITB Student Affairs Office (LK ITB) located at Room 23, Ground Floor, West Campus Center (CC Barat), JI. Ganesha 10, Bandung 40132.
  3. The letter should be directed to the Head of the ITB Student Affairs Office.
  4. The application letter must include the identity of the student (Name, NIM, Major, Faculty/School, Email and Mobile Phone Number), reason for postponement, deadline for the payment/completion of payment of BPPS fees (at the latest 3 months from the initial deadline for payment) and the number of credits taken for the semester.
  5. The letter must be submitted to the Scholarship Counter of the ITB Student Affairs Office between 1 July 2014 and 20 August 2014, during working hours.
